Tapan ‘Ananta’ Garg is the Founder and CEO of the CIO Association of India, which is India’s largest member-driven CIO organization. Tapan is also the creator to India’s largest online network of CIOs called He is also on the Advisory Council of the CIO Academy, a joint initiative of the Indian School of Business and the CIO Association of India.

Prior to his current roles, he was the National Manager – Strategy and Operations at Cisco Systems India. Previously, as the co-founder of a large offshore oriented software services company he was involved in almost every aspect of running an IT services organization. Tapan brings with him strong experience in the areas of operations, sales, brand conceptualization/development, and media relations. He started his career with IBM India’s “Team Blue” program.

Amarinder Singh is the Chief Involvement Officer at CIO Association of India, which is India’s largest member-driven organization. Amarinder also nurtures Open Coffee Club, Bangalore a strong grassroots community of aspiring & early stage entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship enthusiasts.

Prior to this Amarinder was developing India market for CoreObjects. Previously as a co-founder of Prospect Force (a next generation niche virtual B2B BPO startup in 2006) he was the Director of Delivery and India Operations. He started his career with Tata Infotech and post his B-School education, he contributed to Kale Consultants and Cashtech in predominantly Business Development and Account Management roles.
